Vipassana Arnhem. Weekly online. Thursday evenings 19:30 – 21:30 CET. (In Dutch and English.) Together with Mirjam Hartkamp, assisted by Arnoud Jan de Beaufort and Sebastiaan Bosch. Registration here. You will receive a link to participate. Every first Thursday of the month Mirjam will be guiding, and every third Thursday Henk will be guiding.
Wekelijks fysieke bijeenkomst. Maandag middagen 13:00-15:00 (in het Nederlands). Vanaf februari 2022 zullen de fysieke bijeenkomsten weer in het Yogahouse te Arnhem gehouden worden. In principe op de eerste maandag van de maand zal Henk Barendregt de beoefening leiden en een Dhamma Talk geven. Op de andere maandagen zullen Arnoud Jan de Beaufort, Sebastiaan Bosch of iemand anders de meditatie leiden. Registratie hier.

Vipassana intensive @ Fara Sabina (Italy), 1-8 June 2023, (6 full days 7 nights). Directed by Henk Barendregt, Mirjam Hartkamp, and Antonino Raffone.
Price 480E for a single room (with private bathroom) and full pension (three meals/day).
