When paying please mention start and final date of the retreat, e.g.
retreat Aug 17 – Sept 2, 2018,
followed by the name of the participant, in case someone else pays.
After admission to the retreat a downpayment of 100E (or the total amount) warrants your place. Please pay the rest of the costs latest 4 weeks before the start of the retreat. In case of cancelling latest 4 weeks before the start of the retreat the paid amount minus 25E will be restituted. Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks before the start of the retreat 50% of the paid amount will be restituted; if participation is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the start of the retreat there will not be a restitution (this to make it possible to fulfill the payment obigation to the meditation center), unless the participant that cancels brings in another participant.
